In order to make purchases on erikahoc’s webshop you will be required to provide your personal details. We ask you to provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that are valid and correct. erikahoc reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected, and also to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any customer or postal address.

PURCHASE

When you place an order to www.erikahoc.com you will receive an electronic order confirmation to your e-mail address. While placing an order at the erikahoc webshop you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We cannot guarantee that all items shown at the erikahoc webshop are available in stock at the time of your order. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by e-mail and you will be entitled to terminate your order and get all your money back. We will, without undue delay, give you a full refund within 30 days from when the order was terminated. erikahoc may reject your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed at the erikahoc webshop are given in EUR (VAT included). All transactions are made in EUR. If you have any questions regarding price, please contact hello@erikahoc.com Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the prices displayed in the webshop. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed when you check out your items.

The shipping cost can alter depending on which country your order is being delivered to. Please view SHIPPING AND DELIVERY below for shipping charges. Orders outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and / or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and taxes you might have to pay for your package as these charges are decided by your local Customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties.

When you check out of the erikahoc webshop your credit card will be charged with the amount of the purchased items and the shipping cost. You will then immediately receive an electronic order confirmation and once we receive the receipt of your payment the order will be processed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

As soon as erikahoc has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible.

Deliverys within Lithuania are shipped by LPExpress, and by Lithuanian Post to the rest of the world.

Lithuania: LPExpress 1-2 days

Europe: Standart Post 3-7 days

World: Standart Post 5-9 days

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, not taking in account eventual delays.

During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal.

We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Lithuania public holidays.

FREE SHIPPING

From time to time, erikahoc offers free shipping promotions on all purchases.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

Items that are delivered by Post are retained at the local delivery office for 2 weeks. After this time the item will be returned to us. You will be charged for the shipping fees. Please bear in mind that you have to collect the item if you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact hello@erikahoc.com, within 14 days from the delivery of your order. State what you would like to return or exchange, and we will send you a shipping details. The refund does not include the cost of delivery. Expences of return shipping is paid by customer while returning the purchace.

Please place the item you wish to return in the original packaging. Tape the package securely. Returns that are lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

As a consumer, please note that you will be liable for any diminished value of an item resulting from how you have handled the item beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Hence, you may only handle and inspect the item in the same manner as you would be allowed to do in a physical shop.

erikahoc may therefore reduce the amount of money refunded for items which show evidence of being e.g. damaged or dirty. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different item. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please contact hello@erikahoc.com.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to address any complaints regarding the quality of your product or if the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact hello@erikahoc.com We aim to help you as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as you find any defects, so that we can help you.

In such case please provide us with the following details:

  • your order number;
  • the product code/product name;
  • details of the defect; and

if you want a refund or replacement.
